Tony Copsey

Over 30 years experience in sport and business across many sectors. Tony spent over 14 years as a top-class professional rugby player, playing for Saracens, Llanelli Scarlets , the Barbarians and for Wales at international level. Following his playing days, he spent over 20 years in the commercial and business world. Tony has also served on many boards and on numerous working groups. More recently, apart from continuing his work in the sporting sector, he has lead several performance coaching and business improvement projects with 4th Dimension.
